Handmade Nature of Our Products

All pieces from Barossa Clay and Glaze are thoughtfully handmade. As a result, slight variations in colour, glaze, size and form are part of the beauty of our ceramics and are not considered faults.

Product photos are a guide only, and while we do our best to represent each piece accurately, screen settings and lighting may cause colours to appear slightly different in person.

Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD).
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in the event of pricing errors or stock availability issues.

Shipping

We take great care in packaging your order securely.
Shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
Barossa Clay and Glaze is not responsible for delays once your parcel has been handed to the courier.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged or are faulty.
