At Barossa Clay & Glaze, each piece is carefully handmade in the Barossa Valley and packed with great care to ensure it arrives safely to your door.

Processing time

All orders are packed and dispatched within 2-3 business days unless otherwise stated. As each piece is handmade, occasionally processing time may vary slightly during busy periods.

Shipping Within Australia

We currently ship Australia-wide using trusted postal and courier services.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow it’s journey to you.

Packaging

Ceramics are fragile, so we take extra care when packaging your order. Each item is securely wrapped and boxed to minimise the risk of damage during transit.

We also try to use recyclable packaging materials wherever possible.

Delivery Time Frames

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• South Australia: 2-5 business days

• Interstate: 3-10 business days

• Remote Areas: May take slightly longer.
