At Barossa Clay and Glaze, every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted, making each item beautifully unique. Due to the nature of handmade ceramics, slight variations in colour, glaze and form are part of their charm and are not considered faults.

Damaged or Faulty Items

We gladly offer a replacement or refund only if your item arrives damaged or is found to be faulty.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the damage or fault

Once assessed, we will arrange a replacement, repair or refund depending on the situation and stock availability.

What We Can’t Accept

We are unable to accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect selection

  • Minor variations in colour, glaze, size or shape (these are part of the handmade process)

  • Damage that occurs after delivery

Return Shipping

If your return is approved, we’ll guide you through the next steps.
Postage for approved faulty or damaged items will be covered by Barossa Clay and Glaze.

Australian Consumer Law

This policy operates in line with Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for major faults and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
